Ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 90g Cake flour,
- 60g sugar,
- 10g honey,
- 15 cc milk,
- 40g unsalted butter,
Preparation:
- Prepare all ingredients, the egg must be at room temperature
- Sift the flour, and set aside.
- Put unsalted butter in the microwave for 7-8 seconds to melt
- Mix Honey and milk
- Brush the baking pan with a layer of butter, line pan with baking paper.
- Use a large bowl and fill it with 50 degrees C water
- Preheat the oven to 335 F
Method:
- Beat eggs in large mixing bowl for 4 minutes
- Add sugar and place the mixing bowl over the large bowl that contains the warm water; continue beating for another 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the egg batter and fold to combine.
- mix in the milk, honey, and melted butter, fold to combine.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spray a little water on the batter before putting it in the oven.
- Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean
