Honey sponge cake (6")


Ingredients: 
  • 3 eggs, 
  • 90g Cake flour, 
  • 60g sugar, 
  • 10g honey,  
  • 15 cc milk,   
  • 40g unsalted butter,

Preparation:
  1. Prepare all ingredients, the egg must be at room temperature
  2. Sift the flour, and set aside.
  3. Put unsalted butter in the microwave for 7-8 seconds to melt
  4. Mix Honey and milk
  5. Brush the baking pan with a layer of butter, line pan with baking paper.
  6. Use a large bowl and fill it with 50 degrees C water 
  7. Preheat the oven to 335 F

Method:  
  1. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl for 4 minutes
  2. Add sugar and place the mixing bowl over the large bowl that contains the warm water; continue beating for another 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the egg batter and fold to combine.
  4. mix in the milk, honey, and melted butter, fold to combine.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and spray a little water on the batter before putting it in the oven. 
  6. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean
