I baked the cake last night, made the buttercream this morning, and finished the decoration in the afternoon. Busy, busy day! This is my first 2-tier fondant cake, it's a lot of work and took more time than what I expect ... I don't really like icing the cakes, because I can't get a smooth cake every time... But I really enjoy doing the decorations~~ very fun ~~ Looking forward to make another fondant cake again =)
