Purple yam mousse cake

Purple is the color of romance and passion. I believe purple cakes will awaken the romantic spirit. The purple color can be achieved by adding food color, but I prefer not to, and purple yam serves this purpose very well. It's tasty, natural, and healthy!! I've read a post which advises people to choose purple color among so many varieties of sweet potatoes, since it has more nutrition compare to other varieties. 

I just fell in love with this beautiful color :)
