First cake of 2014



This is my first order of 2014. It's still green tea and red bean mousse (the most popular favor among Asians). Since I've been decorating this kind of mousse cake with green tea jello for so many times, I would like to try out green tea chocolate ganache instead. The color came out nicely and the surface was smooth. The only problem was that the ganache was sweeter than what I expected because of the white chocolate.



However, I really satisfy with the new attempt. What do you think?
